Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to Shadchanit AI is strictly restricted to users aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are of legal age. Registration requires an active Telegram account with a public username and profile photo for community safety checks.
2. Zero Liability Policy (Zero Liability TOS)
Shadchanit AI acts solely as a technological matchmaker. We do not conduct criminal background checks. The platform bears zero liability for any offline meetings, encounters, or interactions. Users assume full responsibility for their personal safety and conduct when meeting matches in person.
3. Fees & Refund Policy
Registration and dynamic AI compatibility matching are free. Unlocking a match's Telegram username requires mutual consent and the consumption of 1 credit (or an active Premium subscription) from each user. Because contact info is immediately revealed upon mutual payment, unlocked matches are non-refundable. If your match declines or expires after 48 hours, your credit is automatically refunded to your wallet.
4. User Conduct & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to ban and suspend users indefinitely without prior notice for community rules violations, harassment, fake profiles, or broken Telegram usernames. Banned users immediately forfeit any remaining credits without refund.
